We got two estimates and used JF Baker for our detached garage roof replacement. Not only did they have the best price, there were no high pressure sales tactics, unlike the other quote. They were flexible with us on scheduling, their crew came promptly when scheduled, and finished the job efficiently with excellent workmanship, including repair of the roof deck. They matched the shingles to our house which they did 5 years ago, and included aluminum drip molding around the edges, much better quality installation than the old roof. Highly recommend.
J.F.Baker's Sons Roofing did an absolutely great job, removing our old roof, replacing several underlying boards, installing underlayment, new roofing shingles, new flashing, caulking all joints and screw heads on flashing, and cleaning up so well the property had NO debris, nails, or even bits of paper from the job when they left. They came when they said they would, and the work was done quickly (three very full days). This work was done at a very fair price. We love our new green roof (a newly available color) and highly recommend J.F. Baker's Son's Roofing, without any reservation.
JF Baker and Sons were great to work with. The design and selection process for our roof and gutter colors and textures was very easy. Pat came to our home to drop off samples and worked with us to look at the choices in varying lights. From confirmation of our choices until the prep began for the roof was about 1.5 weeks. The team removed the old roof and would spend the evening going through the area around our home looking for nails or other materials that may have dropped to the ground to ensure nothing was missed. During the installation of the new roof, they came across a small area of rotted wood and with our approval replaced that section to ensure there would be no future areas of concern. The clean up and inspection they did after finalizing the installation of the roof and the gutters was thorough and very much appreciated. The team worked hard and professionally, following up with us after install to ensure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend the team at J.F. Baker’s and Sons to anyone who values a quality job. This company also did the roof at my mother-in-law’s home the year prior which is what motivated us to use them. They could not have been any kinder to a senior citizen who was navigating such home needs after her husband’s passing. Truly quality work in both instances and done by a company that still cares about customer service.

They first repaired part of our roof a few years ago, and then this year, we needed a new roof. They were professional and reliable. Great customer experience. We are most pleased with our choice. We had a wonderful experience installing our new roof with J.F. Baker's. Teri, the office manager, was always extremely kind, helpful, and communicative - she was able to help with any and all insurance questions. Pat (one of the owners) came by to help with picking the color and was also very knowledgeable and kind. Bryan was thorough and helpful when talking me through the estimate. Everything was done efficiently with great communication from all team members, and our new roof looks great!
