I’m pleased with my experience—from working with Chris, the sales guy whose background is in roofing and who kept it real with me (vs being overly salesy) to the quality of the work and cleanup. I feel like I got a good product (and warranty) for a reasonable price—done right. Due to early snow this year, we had a short delay in getting started, but I so appreciate they still did a great job navigating the weather. It also ended up being slightly less than the low end of the quote, with is unheard of. I recommend this roofing company.
Muth & Company Roofing installed our new roof last month, just before winter, and we've been very happy with the results. They completed the job in a single day, and they communicated well with us through the whole process. After the installation, we appreciated that the same quality inspector from the day of the install returned to confirm that the work had been completed correctly. With a lot of exterior companies you meet a salesman, then an install team, and then you never hear from them again unless there's a problem. Since the install, we've gone through heavy rain, and also a repeated snow/freeze/thaw cycle over the course of a few days, and the roof has done its job well. We noticed that with the improved ice guards and better venting with our new roof, we no longer saw any potential signs of ice damming.
I had a great experience with Muth. They replaced the roof on both the house and garage. There was great communication from everyone on the team, from sales, project manager and office. They took the time to explain what was happening and to ask my preferences. The roof looks great! I highly recommend Muth.
Muth roofing is the only way to go if need a roof. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The chief sales officer Kelly Wengerd was especially very helpful the roof process. The quality of the shingles and the warranty you get with Muth is the only way to go. Plus if you get the GAF impact resistant shingles you will save eight percent a year on Home Owners Insurance. Kelly Wengerd pointed that out to me. They are the best roofing company out there.
I heard about Muth from several very positive Reddit comments. I ultimately chose them over a PE backed national company and I am so glad I did. The service, ease of contact, and quality of work made me so glad I chose Muth. They made sure I was 100% satisfied and made a return trip to address an outstanding issue free of charge. Don’t trust a project like a roof replacement to a company that views you as just a number!
