I had a good experience here with the help from Eduardo. He helped me the moment I got out of the car and told me that he already found my car in the system, all I needed to do was to leave the key and sign in the waiting room. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Eduardo applied a discount and gave me good advice on the tires, which I really appreciated.
Have to give a shout out to Oscar who always goes over and beyond his job to give very good customer service to me every time i show up and makes me feel comfortable to come back with my business again. i’ve been going to the store for quite some time many years and there’s never been a doubt to where i don’t wanna come back again. He’s always made me feel so comfortable and has taken care of all my customer service needs and taking care of my car and always makes me feel like i can always bring my business back to him and trust him with all of my trust because he is so awesome with customer service 💯🙏🏻 Oscar is a 10
Staff is Tip Top! Manager was very helpful with my F150. He set time aside and figured out an issue with my truck. Problem Solver!!!
Its ok but they can improve on not making an oily mess in the engine after i had my oil change smoke comes out of my hood due to the oil spill near the exhaust manifold and oily finger marks in the hood UPDATE!!! JUST CHECKED MY CAR BECAUSE THERES A PUDDLE OF OIL WHERE I PARK AND NOW SAW MY OIL PLUG FULL OF SILICONE THATS NOT HOW I HAD IT THEY CHARGE ME $161 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY STRIP THE THREADS UNBELIEVABLE HAD MY RATING AT 4 STARS NOW LOWERED IT TO 1 IF NOT LOWER
Everytime I go here there a weird vibe. Not sure if management pushed their staff to upsell but when I take my Honda in such as today they wanted to charge me $52 plus plus. They mailed me a coupon and when I mentioned it they said it was still $52 so I pushed a little harder in an attempt to get a fair, accurate quote. A different team member came over and quoted me $38 after trying to upsell synthetic oil which, while superior to 5-30 want what I wanted. Just a weird feeling here and it's pretty much every visit. I alternate between quality tune up on Winchester which I should have gone to, this was neither a fun or enjoyable experience and now I'm worried about the quality of their work given I diplomatically had to push them to be straight and honest with me.
