I took my 65" Samsung TV. He wanted $400 to replace a backlight. Told me they were $200 plus delivery. After I found them a pair off Amazon for $50 I took the TV home and did it myself. He had broken a bunch of tabs off. Not very professional. I'd find someone else.

I came to Jiro with a unique electronic component (BMS) that had seen some wear and damage over time and required some repairs beyond my skillset (8 damaged traces). The folks here were very clear about expectations - they successfully mapped the damaged trace leads, repaired them with jumpers and we were back in business. That repair was in early 2023, it is now 2025 and this BMS is still holding strong. Thanks fellas!!

Customer Service rating: 5/5 The man I spoke with at JE demonstrated excellent customer service. I was searching for a specialty, 1/0 copper terminal which is commonly used by extreme car audio enthusiasts in the USA, and the owner went beyond expected customer service, inspecting and opening his wall stock in hopes of finding the specific part. AND, when he did not find the part, he apologized for the inconvenience. What a kind man. Though I did not make a purchase at this location, his etiquette is commendable.
