My husband rented tables and chairs for the second time from the company. The front receptionists were friendly. The chairs were good but the tables were damaged, last year the tables we got were in good condition but this year they were not the best condition. It still was useful for what we needed them. During pickup unfortunately no one was home at my parents house, the side gate to the backyard had a lock and they broke it and enter the backyard to get the tables. I don’t appreciate it because they could have waited for the tables and chairs until someone was home. I think as a professional company they should have a set a time to pick it up so we can know what time they would be there. I found the lock hidden in the corner broken, was very unprofessional how they just forced themself in.
They staff are attentive and helpful. I didn't feel like they were trying to nickle and dime me like some other places in town. I will be using them for my event!
Needed tables and chairs for the upcoming holiday. I was really impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. I will use Joronco for all my entertainment needs. Highly recommend. Victor and the crew delivering were so professional.
Ever since new owners have taken over, they still haven't came out to measure the yard to put a tent up. They haven't called back my mother who is coordinating my wedding to verify everything is still going as planned. We have gotten told that we would get a call back, but still nothing.
Great service. We rented tables, chairs and table clothes for our 2019 thanksgiving dinner. They deliver on time when they said, and picked up promptly. Chairs were not new, but clean and in great shape. Tables were perfect; no patches or bent legs. Tablecloths were clean and wrinkle free. Prices are in the high end, but it woth it. Service was impecable. There are a lot of party rentals at Bakersfield, this is one of the best two. Highly recomended.
