I have a complaint, my wife and I come to White Forest nursery once every couple of months because it’s so far for us to come to. We really like the nursery tons of plants tons of cactuses trees indoor outdoor trees. The place is great just come and walk around and look, admire all the beautiful plants, with that being said we have been buying all of our trees at White Forest. We bought four orange trees, apricot tree and a peach tree. everything has been fine. The trees are all growing and are happy however we made a special trip out to the nursery and bought two dwarf, apple trees and two dwarf cherry trees. The guy and the girl working out in the trees were very helpful and took them up to the front for us. “ Thanks “ so we get them plant. The apples and and one of the cherry trees are doing great new growth new leaves very happy trees. However, the one cherry tree leaves, crisp up, fell off and has dead. I was quite disappointed in that, but I had hopes after a while it would come around and get started growing. I checked the trunk and it was dry, so I called white force nursery, and explained the situation to the young lady. I had my receipt gave her all the information she needed she looked me up in your guys computer And sure enough I had bought the trees however there was a problem and the problem was we were out of warranty? The warranty for the trees were 30 days and at this point we were at six weeks and after a moment, I finally said to the young lady I guess I’m just out of luck then, she said yes you are. That’s not a good way to be doing customers I mean I bought 10 trees from your nursery and had only one not make it. You would think that you would be able to make an exception, I can see warranty and guidelines, but when you miss it by two weeks and you were sitting there, hoping that that maybe the thing is just in shock. so now it’s too late in the year, I’ll wait till spring, and since I live out on the west side, I will go to the larger nurseries out here only five minutes from the house, but we wanted to go across town to your nursery. I’m really sorry to have to complain, I have thought about this situation for another couple of weeks and it just keeps bothering me. but that is not right. Thanks for your time. We do love your plants and the selection you guys have GREAT. Good day. =================================== October 6, 2025 This is an update to my previous review. Jerry from White Forest Nursery reached out to me and he checked into the issue with the dead tree. Jerry was very apologetic and said that his employees thought we were talking about a tree we had bought two years ago. I was told to bring the tree back and he would exchange it for a healthy tree. Jerry was totally polite. The employees that helped us get the tree were super polite and helpful as far as picking it out and the lady at the cash register was polite and easy to get along with. I am very pleased with the outcome the proper way of doing business thank you Jerry thank you White Forest Nursery and employees and we will be back again this spring.
We stopped to smell the roses today at this marvelous nursery.🌹Took home some tomatoes to plant. 🍅💕Will def be back soon. Friendly helpful team working here too.
Love this place. Always a beauty to visit. All their plants are just awesome from the color, or the type you find. Garden gnome life is the life for me.
Very peaceful place, and a big shout out to the tall dude that welcomed us and offered complimentary hot chocolate and coffee. I wish I could've got his name to give credit. He was very informative, Thank you!
I wish i would have written the review sooner because i forgot the name of the gentleman who helped us.. He was super sweet and understanding..didnt mind explaining basics of indoor plants. I got 2 6" spider plants for $15 on the day they had a special and a bareroot rose about 2 and half feet tall for $30. All the staff we encountered were very polite. It was clean and well maintained, labeled, and easy to walk around.
