Attended the play centre for a kids’ birthday and had a great experience. It’s a huge space with plenty to keep children occupied for hours. Everything felt safe and clean, and there’s a small café area where adults can relax. Would recommend!
The staff were very friendly and we felt warmly welcomed. The kids felt the equipment needed an upgrade and commented that the website photos did not match - for example, they were looking forward to a large foam pit at the end of a very long trampoline but found it was a shorter trampoline with a much smaller foam pit. Notwithstanding that, they still enjoyed themselves. Given the competition with other trampoline parks, an upgrade and renovation soon may be a good idea.
My son was bullied by a group of older boys – they were throwing balls at him, pushing him, and mocking him. This happened right in front of the supervisors, who looked only slightly older than the bullies themselves and did nothing to step in. The play area is also unsafe: in the zone where adults and older children can jump and do flips into the foam pit, small kids are sitting inside. It would be very easy for a bigger child to land on them without even noticing. On top of that, the place is very dirty – the nets are covered in thick, old dust. I paid $57 for two children for 2 hours, and it was a complete disappointment. For younger kids there are hardly any toys or activities at all.
Jump central is probably the best place to bring your kids in during holidays or after hours during the school days. The kids have trampolines to jump around and have fun. They also can do activities like kids rock climbing and slides. The best things is that the parents can be with the kids when they’re having fun with no extra cost. You and kids will definitely enjoy it here.
