We had our boy "Coco" Board and Trained there in 2011 (approx) with Tyler and had nothing but success. After his loss we brought our "new" boy "Jackson" and felt not only let down but embarrassed that we gave them any money at all. Communication issues and passing of blame for not being able to make progress. Communication issues including not using correct email (they used the email in the computer and didn't update when we filled out the new paperwork). When we complained about follow up sessions and promised video they blamed us. They "trained" him to the best of their ability and ongoing lack of progress was met with "but he's a Lab" multiple times during multiple follow ups. After 3 weeks of issues a video "dump" came showing his progress. I have a list of complaints including being charged for a "special" leash that I declined but was sent home with anyway. After the completion of the course I called to complain with the owner and am still waiting for a follow up call. We have audio of every meeting between the employees from the initial meeting and my wife and I. Totally embarrassing...bring back "Tyler"!

My 4 month old puppy Darla, and I already love k9 connection. Today was her first day and she loved it so much that when I picked her up, she wanted to go back and play some more with her new friends. Guess she’s too cool for mom now! 🤣 Anywho, the staff was very sweet, & attentive. The facility is well maintained and clean. I was sent pictures during the day of her playing, which validated that she is in good hands and enjoying herself. She’s all tuckered out and happy. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much k9 connection. We both look forward to future play dates and training classes!

I bought a 6-week private lessons package to prepare and test my 3.5-year-old American Black Labrador Retriever for CGC certifications. We worked with Jay and had fantastic results. My dog obtained CGC and Urban CGC within the 6 weeks, and we're now prepping for therapy dog work. Jay is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. These classes were as much for me as for my dog, and Jay provided me with everything I needed to support my dog and reduce stress and frustration. The rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and supportive. Highly recommend.

When I first brought my then eight-month-old French Bulldog, Ada, to K9 Connection, she was nervous and reactive, making our walks a disaster with barking and lunging. Working one-on-one with Chris transformed us. I learned positive reactions to Ada's behaviors both on walks and at home. We continued our journey working with Chris, Tracy, Adrianne, Maia, Coy, and Jay who are very knowledgeable, patient, and kind, further boosting our confidence and social skills in life skills and confidence building classes. Now, Ada and I can enjoy our walks, she has become very sociable and loves everyone she meets. I am so happy she is able to attend the K9 Connection Enrichment Daycare Program, loves interacting with Coy, Cooper, Lily, and her four-legged friends. Ashley has been awesome with grooming Ada and providing guidance since our first contact, always welcoming and answering our questions. We look forward to continuing our journey at K9 Connection in both the enrichment program and future classes. I highly recommend these amazing trainers and staff -they are the best, Ada and I can’t thank them enough!

We were looking for personalized training for our dog Louie to help get him on a pathway to become a Therapy Dog, and found k9 Connection… and we’re so glad we did! They took the time to figure out our specific needs and Louie’s training goals, developed a plan to help us get the together, and guided us every step of the way. Louie has transformed over the past couple months, and due to the diligent expertise of Tracy and k9 Connection, just passed his Canine Good Citizen tests!
