Planning a wedding is overwhelming enough and adding wedding band shopping to the mix can be daunting. After dealing with several unkind vendors, we walked in feeling exhausted and defeated. Then we met Armando. His warm, confident energy immediately put us at ease. Even when we mentioned wanting to look elsewhere, he was kind and understanding. Though we found cheaper options, nothing compared to the quality, insurance, and most importantly the experience Armando provided. We knew halfway through our search we’d be coming back, and we’re so glad we did. Thank you, Armando, for being so kind, genuine, and cool. You made two awkward people feel completely comfortable in what could’ve been an overwhelming moment. We appreciate you!

The team at Oakridge Kay’s provided the best service! I went in for a repair to my engagement ring and was greeted with nothing but smiles. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. They not only were able to send my ring to get fixed but they also helped me create a new piece of jewelry from some diamonds my grandmother left me. I will definitely be back to work with them again!
We had the best experience with Azi at the Oakridge store. We needed a wedding ring for me and I was very indecisive about what to get that would go with my engagement ring. After time and her patience, I fell in love with the wedding enhancement ring. Azi is very knowledgeable, and kind. She listens to what you are thinking about, she doesn't push you for your decisions . Azi is as so amazing helping us out at the Kay Jewelers in Oakridge. I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Ultimately I learned my wife wanted to keep her original wedding ring and we purchased the new ring that all aligned within our budget. Thank you Azi. You are amazing. Now let me know when an awesome Rolex becomes available. :)
