Could not be more pleased with the outcome of a 70 ft long by 4 ft tall retaining wall, along with downspout burying and drainage piping installation project masterfully done by Keller's Landscaping. After a somewhat lengthy search and multiple estimates from many different landscape companies, I was the most impressed with Keller's from the start. Jim Keller was always exemplary at communicating and more than willing to return to my residence time and time again to look over, re-measure, answer questions, etc. prior to me committing to moving ahead. They were also the only company to provide a computer generated, projected aerial view of my property with the parameters shown of what the project would look like with the wall in place along with the drainage piping. His professionalism, experience, customer service from the onset - along with competitive pricing - were more than enough for me to make the decision that Keller's was the right choice. Work started on 10/16 and finished on 10/30. His builders are experts at their craft and the end results are true testaments to their abilities and skill. I was thankfully able to be at home for the most part of the project and it was very interesting watching the transformation of the landscape. They tirelessly put in full days worth of work, Monday through Thursday, that I very much appreciated. The final step after all fill dirt had been put in place and downspouts buried was they put grass seed down everywhere and then covered with straw netting, as shown as the light tan areas in the pics. Will be a recovery process for the grass but was well worth it! Would absolutely recommend Keller's Landscaping to anyone for a landscape or drainage improvement project. Thanks again guys!
Keller’s Landscaping did a phenomenal job with our landscape project. Jim the owner was responsive from our first inquiry through completion. His team was professional and hardworking. We had some additions to the work and modifications and Jim and team were flexible and responsive to the changes. I would highly recommend Keller’s Landscaping!
Jim and his crew did extensive work on a complete overhaul of our backyard following the installation of our pool. He was great to work with. We couldn't be happier with the design and the work they did!
A company that does not look out for the best interests of your landscape and will be dishonest to protect their own interests. They have handled our situation with stonewalling and flat out lies. I have done everything in my power to work with this owner and they simply don’t care. While my original review said to proceed with caution and ask questions, their rebuttal being a total lie has changed my review to a flat out DO NOT USE. They are dishonest and will simply do whatever you want without giving you any consultation as to the pros and cons. In our case they dug into a 20+yr old maples feeder roots and severely damaged it. After consulting with two certified arborists and another landscaping company all agree they should have never put the retaining wall in. We are treating the tree in hopes of saving it but won’t know until next year or the following. I have text exchanges with the owner backing up this issue. If they try to deny I will post those texts. Shameful way this ended when it could have been handled so much better. We were 100% willing to work with them to figure out an answer.
Jim and his crew did a fantastic job with our landscaping project! The paver patios, retaining wall, and overall design turned out beautifully. The crew was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. We’re thrilled with how everything came together!
