My house furnace quit working so I called Klebs Mechanical, they sent a technician over to troubleshoot the problem, he found three things wrong with it. My furnace is 20 years old, he told me he would try to find the parts, I called them up to see what the status of the parts was left messages no call back, I finally got a hold of someone and a week later sent another person with the parts out but couldn’t fix it, he told me he would try to get the right part but the next day he called me back and told me I was better off investing in a new furnace fixed myself.
Ricky from Klebs' was amazing. He responded to an emergency call when my heater stopped working on Jan 4, temp -8F. He was so professional and had my heater working in an hour. I am so grateful and so impressed. I will be used Klebs for all my heating needs going forward.
Klebs came same day as I called to check out what I thought was a bad blower on the furnace during our recent cold snap.After checking out the entire system, I had put the furnace filter in the wrong way , don't know why last 2 service calls from a different company did not see that. Will definitely be using Klebs from now on
Had an issue on my furnace, called several handy man , they can t fix the problem . So i tried to call klebs to resolved my problem . Send the technician name Ricky!! He did a good job!! I will give him 5 star plus rating!!for fixing my problem right away!!!.. next time i will have a issue i will call them right away for sure!!!
Well, Klebs was responsive in calling me back on a weekend. He talked about the issue; my heater was not working. He suggested we call in the morning as it wasn’t that cold out, and that would make it a normal house call rather than a after hours, expensive call out. After working on the heater and discovering a fourth fuse, I ended up replacing the fuse and it fixed the issue… But I didn’t know it. I had turned off the machine from the switch in back.That is why i didn’t realize my fix.So when the after hours Klebs guy came by… after some discussion he flipped the switch on… Everything worked! So I had to pay a $300 after-hours stupid tax. And glad to do it.
