Very unfriendly people who expect you to keep your place like a 5 stars hotel or they threaten to not come help you. We had them check our furnace for a yearly inspection and the technician who came out was a neat freak, wearing hazmat protection, afraid of wood shavings because we keep ducks in our garage, when it’s really cold. I mean this is Alaska... We cleaned before he came over, but it obviously wasn’t enough. Dude acted like our birds carry the plague or something and made us feel like less than nothing. We apologize for it but he went and complained to his superiors. The second time we needed their services they scolded us about scrubbing from top to bottom for his majesty before he show up, remembering his complaint from last time. This time went with someone else who was MUCH friendlier and will get our money next time. Response to the owner : It was under my husband's name. It's too late now, service was done, unfriendly, paid for and just won't use your services again. Very sad how you treat people.
Aiden did a fantastic job, it was a five star. He was very knowledgeable and I will not call any other company for my furnace. I was very happy with how quick I got help from knik heating to get financing to get a new furnace and how quickly knik got to my home and replaced it. Thank you
Jared was the technician that came out to look at our garage heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Come to find out our heater is releasing CO2 so it’s a dangerous situation. We had no idea (no detectors in the garage). He took pictures of what the problem was so i could see exactly what he was talking about. I would definitely recommend Jared as someone you’d want to work on your system.
I was very impressed with Jared and the team and Knik heating. They were kind, informative and didn’t treat me any less than when I had no idea what I was asking for and I didn’t know how to describe the problem. Jared got the job done efficiently and was kind to answer all my questions and then some. Would definitely recommend them.
