Kobe’s is literally THE BEST place to get premium quality food on top of adding a fun unique dining experience for all ages! I appreciate their consistency and the excellent customer service they provide, which is why we come here often either for date nights or as a family since the kiddos love the show too. I’d consider myself picky on how I want my food prepared, and they have always been gracious enough to accommodate. The portion sizes are huge and we always leave with leftovers! I would definitely recommend Kobe’s and give them 5 stars all across! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤤

Went tonight and had just an overall disappointing experience. Food was fine, but didn’t seem as great as usual. And the service was just terrible. Had to fight to get any attention from server, didn’t get refills even when asked, and they were SO forceful about rushing us out. I wasn’t even half done with my food and clearly actively eating and the server kept interrupting me to ask if he could box my food up, then grabbed my moms plate and boxed hers up before she was done too. It was my mom’s birthday and we mentioned it at the beginning and ordered the birthday dessert, and they didn’t ever bring it but did for 3 other tables while we ate. Same exact thing happened when we took her for her birthday last year… When it was brought up again they just gave an annoyed apology but didn’t attempt to fix it in any way. Just super disappointed. We’ve gone regularly for years but I think this was our last visit. For those prices, you deserve to be taken care of.

I made an 8:15 reservation. We didn't get sat down to a grill until 9:45. They gave some coupons and apologized. The place was completely packed and very loud, but it was a Saturday. We drank some cold fruit sake (strawberry and then lychee) while we waited, both were good but we liked the strawberry more, then we got some crab ragoons and they were great. The bar staff was super friendly. Our chef was amazing and made the experience a lot of fun. I got the filet which was perfectly cooked to medium and very tender and juicy and my boyfriend got the shrimp and it was quite delicious also. The fried rice was perfectly garlicky, the miso soup was really good and the sherbet was a nice sweet finish. We definitely won't go back on a weekend but we will go on a week night.

Our family of 6 always has the best experience when we come on special occasions. The wait can be a bit long even with reservations. However the staff does an amazing job keeping everyone moving, but also making sure you get an experience. You will leave stuffed! Our chef last night not only entertained while cooking, he had some drumming skills he showed off.
