We come here fairly often as a way to get my kiddo’s energy level back down to a manageable level. The pizza is surprisingly good, the facilities are as clean and well-maintained as they can be for a place consistently full of small chaos-makers bent on running at full speed. The thing I’m most impressed with is the staff. This place is staffed with mostly high school kids, and they are consistently excellent. They know their stuff, they are always kind, compassionate, and working hard. I watched one kid with a little boy who had fallen and didn’t know where his mom was. The staff member brought him to the counter, got him an ice pack, and sat with him until he was calm and felt better while alerting the other staff members to go find the kid’s mom. To see that kind of compassion in a 16yo makes me feel so hopeful about this generation. I don’t know what the interview and training process is for this place, but man, they are dialed in on finding and keeping excellent ones.

To all you parents if you want to tire your kids out take them here lol. My kids love it. They jump around everywhere so much to do. Price is reasonable. They do have a little skate area. Can reserve private parties upstairs. They have a snack and drink café with sitting area and a small merchandise shop. They are given wrist bands with the time limit you pay for. But I promise you your kids will crash on the way home lol 😆

Kids love it, but there is not nearly enough seating for the adults, and what little seating is extremely uncomfortable. Those of us with back problems find it quite difficult to sit at the bar height tables without pain. Besides the seating, the food is very typical and low quality. I know this place is geared toward kids, but adult comfort wasn't even an after thought.

We LOVE KTR, we go to toddler time with our littles almost every M/W/F and wouldn’t have it any other way. We love Jessica and the manager Jack is always so incredibly helpful. When we have dealt with injuries they’re always quick to offer an ice pack and words of encouragement.

My little girl absolutely loves Ktr! Toddler time is the best, I love that they create a special time for the littles to be able to run around without big kids taking over! Jessica is always at the front and she is so helpful, sweet and so good with the kids! Love this place so much
