Best exceptional service for Emmanuel and Maria , I had bought some lenses for my Meta glasses and they were size when I received them. They were more than happy to help me with shaving them down to fit in size. This is the spot you need to go to for all your glasses needs.

It’s that time of year for new glasses and I have had my eyes on the elusive Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses for some time! I haven’t used LensCrafters in a while; due to a bad experience at a different location, but knew in order to obtain the glasses I would need to give LensCrafters a second chance. On my first visit I couldn’t locate any in stock and grew frustrated, but Solamon was there to help me out. He scheduled an eye appointment the following day with Dr. Cherukara; to have my current prescription on file, and tapped in Bryan to assist in tracking these glasses down. About a few weeks later my order came in and I rushed down to pick them up! I was informed that during the production process the lab; where built, had dented the bottom right frame. When I tried them on, I noticed additionally the right lens felt a little blurry. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated & disappointed but Bryan immediately stepped into action with various options on how we can proceed, even asking for my feedback on what all Lens Crafters can do to make this right. He scheduled me another eye exam with Dr. Cherukara; who was able to confirm there were slight changes to my script needed, he then ordered my replacement lens utilizing the new script and he went back to hunting for those replacement frames. All while allowing me to use the original dented pair in the meantime. Honestly this LensCrafters team and location is remarkable! Their professionalism, knowledge and ability to pivot on a dime with alternative solutions when challenges arise was impressive. They have reinstilled my respect and trust in LensCrafters again. Thank you so much Bryan, Solamon, and Dr. Cherukara!
