This location is one of the worst locations I've been too. It has far fewer products on the shelves compared to other locations. An employee named Angel was especially rude to me during my visit today. I asked if there was any similar product to Alani pre workout. His response was quite condescending and unhelpful. I ended up getting Alani again because he basically wasn't interesting in helping look for another product. Then at checkout he had an attitude the whole time. I'm definitely never returning to this location.
I recently visited GNC and had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to Gregg. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the exact supplements I needed. Gregg took the time to understand my fitness goals and provided personalized recommendations that have already made a noticeable difference. His friendly and professional demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable and informative. It's clear that Gregg is passionate about health and wellness, and his expertise is a tremendous asset to the store. If you're looking for quality products and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend visiting GNC and asking for Gregg. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I left the store satisfied and well-informed.
Took my son in for some items, service was wonderful the gentleman that was working here today 01/14/22 @ 3:00 (didn't get his name) truxel location was very attentive whit every customer. Thank you for your service! Will shop here again.
The least friendly GNC I’ve been in. I feel like most GNC are that annoying level of good customer service. Like they want to help you but you don’t need help you just want to grab one thing and leave? This one is the opposite. The staff literally didn’t speak to us from the time we opened the door until we left. It was about 8pm on a Friday night. Maybe we didn’t look fitness-y enough for their standards? But it was a really weird experience to enter, clearly not find what we were joining for and leave without as much as hello, goodbye, can you find what you need etc. It was two guys working and they were mostly interested in each other. The store looked generally clean and stocked
