Just today, at my grandmother's funeral, they supplied a beautiful bouquet for my mother, which brought her immense joy. Ordering flowers for your Mother's funeral is very hard. All I could do was describe her, and her artistic tastes. The designer was free to be creative from there. To say she got it right would be a huge understatement. They couldn't have been more perfect. Plus, when I saw them and started crying, I was given the biggest hug. I wish I had taken more care in getting photos once they were fully arranged on the alter, but worrying I would forget, I snapped them just after setting them down. Please don't hesitate a single minute in ordering from this florist. Worth every penny.
My boyfriend got these flowers for me as my dog passed away just yesterday. He was very clear about the situation and that we have 3 cats in our house, he specifically expressed the importance of a cat safe bouquet. He was initially going to order a bouquet of white roses, as he did his own research and found that they were non-toxic. Whoever he was on the phone with suggested that he do a "designers choice bouquet" instead, and that they would make note of it needing to be cat safe. They even said they frequently get this request, so we were both confident that there wouldn't be any problems. Imagine my disappointment when I open the door and immediately notice Lilies and Hydrangeas in the bouquet, both highly toxic to cats. Lilies are FATAL to cats and there are many of them in this bouquet. This was a $150 service in total, but regardless of the cost, it shouldn't have happened at all. How did this get overlooked?
We are 40 years with a floral shop in lakewood, ohio, cottage of flowers, and are super picky, needless to say the quality of these roses and the design and delivery for the cost can not be beat. Sent to a very dear friend in the spokane area and am absolutely floored by the quality of the roses! Thank you Lilac City Blooms, look at these!
