Nice things, but the staff seemed instantly very overstimulated with little kids in the store. Our 14 months old held a card for a bit and later grabbed a magnet and it fell down. Before I could pick it up, she was already right there putting it back, seemingly very annoyed at us. I can understand that children can be a lot and that they probably had intense experiences before, but that was a tini tiny incident with a sweet and happy baby in the store. We did not feel welcome, even though we spent quite a bit of money on gifts right before. Wouldn't purchase anything there again.
Very cool gift shop. I am a sucker for anything with my name on it. I saw this very cool license plate and bought it right away. Friendly service. Store has unique gifts.
I traveled to San Francisco and stopped by this boutique shop, but the experience was awful. My toddler was cranky and started crying, and instead of showing even a little patience, the cashier (Nola)gave me a disgusted look like my child was some problem. Her behavior was over the top—like someone had just banged on her head. When I made a purchase, she didn’t say “thank you” or even bother to offer me a bag; I had to ask for one. This was completely unprofessional. Either she was a racist or just a spoiled brat, but in any case, I definitely didn’t feel welcome. I walked out with a heavy heart. Thank you for ruining the day of a stressed mother, Nola.
We stopped into this store a few times during our visit to San Fran. It has interesting products and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming! One of the best places to buy a souvenir if you’re visiting the city! They had some funny organic catnip packages with cartoons which really cracked me up! I also really like the local Culk clothing line which they carry! I bought a full zip hoodie with design of a full moon over the Golden Gate Bridge with the water with their logo in black & white. Small picture in front of the heart on the left and a much larger picture on the back. Culk also have a t-shirt with the same design but in different colors which looked amazing, but LOLA did not have it in the two stores we checked. They have some great items here and I’d recommend stopping in as they have quality products and friendly staff! The location at the square is also a cool area to walk about.
This little boutique is so nice! You’ll find the most original and funny cards - kitsch and collectibles objects - I loved! I’m glad I visited.. for sure I will come back!
