Service and atmosphere were great! Westholme Wagyu Ribeye was great, really liked the seasoning. Caviar was great also. Savannah lemonade was really good.

I came here tonight on my birthday after hearing nothing but great things about this place. I paid for valet, walked in excited to finally experience it, and planned to sit at the bar for dinner. Unfortunately, that experience ended almost immediately. Upon entering, I was told by the host that hats are not allowed inside during dinner. This was surprising in itself—especially since I was going to the bar—but what made it worse was the complete lack of flexibility or consideration. I’ve dined at many high-end restaurants across the country and have never encountered such a rigid and outdated rule, particularly at a bar. What makes this even more disappointing is that wearing a head covering is part of my religious practice. That was not acknowledged or respected in any way. Instead, I was left with the choice of removing my hat or not dining at all. On my birthday. For context, this wasn’t some casual ball cap—it was a designer bucket hat worth over $1,000. But price aside, respect should never be conditional. Because of this, I didn’t get to enjoy a meal here at all. I ended up going upstairs for a cigar and a few drinks instead, which salvaged part of the evening, but the experience left a lasting negative impression. This was supposed to be a special night. Instead, I walked away feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I will not be returning, and I hope management reflects on how policies like this—and how they’re enforced—can affect guests, especially when it comes to cultural and religious respect. Very unfortunate experience.

There is not a single thing I am able to say about my overall experience I did not enjoy. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and wonderful to be with. Dinner was fantastic. To start we ordered the pork belly and there isn’t anything I would change about the dish. Our mains were the Australian Wagyu New York Strip and the Lamb Chops. Both made perfectly to order. Sides included the Brussel sprouts, wonderful and crispy and possibly one of the best versions of Mac and cheese we have ever had. For dessert we ordered the apple cheesecake which was not heavy but light and highly enjoyable. There are multiple special menu items not listed on the menu. We ordered mock-tails as drinks. The Fauxjito was just okay. I wish it had a stronger berry flavor. It tasted just of mint and soda water. The other was the strawberry peach lemonade, which is super tasty! Highly recommend. Other notes: Valet is $17, and there is a door man so it’s nice to bring cash for tips. It apparently is also an option to have valet added to your tab, which is a nice touch.

The London Chophouse House isn't just a restaurant, it's a dining experience. We started with a happy hour drink at the bar until our 5:30 dinner reservation. The calamari was crisp, light, and had just the right amount of a tasty glaze. My husband had the porterhouse cooked to perfection and I had the lamb chops which were excellent. The Service and atmosphere were top notch.

Great Birthday celebration for my husband. Bone In Ribeye cooked to perfection, garlic mash potatoes to die for, and Lamb Chops to bring you back alive. The asparagus was hearty, seasoned to perfection, nice and firm. Our server was very attentive with a big smile, to include the host. Yes, I will happily return!!
