Almost a religious experience. I am a chef from Saskatchewan (originally from Mexico), and I have never encountered tacos this good anywhere in Canada. The restaurant is spotless (even after a snowstorm), the staff is friendly, and the tacos are on another level. Starting with the freshly handmade tortillas, nothing beats the flavour of true nixtamal — especially since they don’t use Maseca in their preparation. Then comes the authentic, freshly carved trompo for the carne al pastor and the bold Norteño flavour of the carne asada. The portions are generous, and the meats are full of deep, complex flavours that reminded me of a night out in Mexico. The salsas are delicious and faithful to the taquería flavours you’d expect from a place that truly excels at bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to your palate. The first bite of that asada taco transported me back in time and, to be honest, almost made me cry. If you are looking for a truly authentic Mexican taquería experience, this is the place. Provecho!

The absolute BEST!! Such a great spot for authentic tacos - I literally dream about them! I'm half Mexican and I def approve of these! The nopales - dios miooooooo also steak. Everyone is so friendly and I've gone in and ordered and they're just so good. Don't know what else to say other than GO!!! LOS QUIERO!!!

We came here randomly for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised by the food! The al pastor and asada tacos were filled and tasted amazing. The guacamole tasted fresh and the chips had a nice crunch to them. We will be back to try their other tacos.

The tacos are absolutely incredible. Anything Al pastor is a great choice and the asada is tasty as well. you finish tacos in three bites so have a bunch. The torta was my favorite and it was with asada. The bread is fluffy with cheese and mashed frijoles. The service is quick and breezy and the staff is always smiling. Get some sauces on the side bar too if you’re into spicy! Great place great food !
