I had a damaged corrugated plastic roof over the patio area of one of my rentals. Many roofers turned down my request to get this fixed as this is not a typical job. Eddie from titan roofing gave me a decent quote on getting this fixed with similar material. Scheduling was quick and easy and he was always communicative over text and call. As a remote landlord, pictures of the work done is an important aspect for me and Eddie and his team were able to provide me with ample photos to check the quality of work. Would recommend this business for any roofing work.
Titan did an incredible job. I contacted Clay later in the day on a Saturday for a suspected roof leak right above our toddler’s room. We noticed paint bubbling on her wall and some possible mold starting to grow. Clay was able to get a crew out there next day on Sunday morning as we had a storm on the way and had to move our toddler out of her room. Eddie and his crew were able to fix the issue right before the rainstorm hit, even working through some light rain. They went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. Everyone at Titan was so easy to work with, friendly, and treated us like family. They documented and explained every step of the process. We couldn’t be more grateful and would recommend Titan to anyone in need of roofing services!
