We service multiple properties across Los Angeles, and as the owner of a maintenance company, we often see rental properties and HOAs go through frequent changes in property managers—sometimes we don’t even know who’s in charge. But with the properties we partner with Lotus West, everything is streamlined. Communication between tenants, property managers, and maintenance is clear and efficient.
We recently worked with Lotus West Properties on a re-roof of one of their apartment buildings. Ari, Byron, Brandon, and the whole group at Lotus West were exceptional clients to work with across the board. They were always quick to respond, professional, friendly to deal with, and had excellent communication both with us and their tenants throughout the project. They are some of the best property managers in Los Angeles; we highly recommend doing business with them in any capacity and look forward to working with them again in the future.
I’d like to review a company we have been a vendor of for the past 3 years. What we offer to Lotus West Properties is floor covering sales and installation. From day one we could tell that Lotus West and their team of Byron, Vanessa, Brandon, Rephael, Khurram and others were a first-rate operation that always strives to do the best for their apartment owners and tenants. Whether it’s responding to floor repair requests or tenant flooring replacement requests, or the updating of apartments when vacant, Lotus West is second to none in striving to offer a professional and caring response to all situations. The property manager Brandon, is amazing! Excellent customer service skills, very responsive, and always happy to help. Sergio, the maintenance manager is also amazing. He is very kind, responsive and efficient.
