The gentleman was helpful and answered the phone to assist me quickly. The only downside is he wants almost double what the other cell phone shops want to replace my glass I’ve called four cell phone repair shop so far and three out of the four said it would take an hour to two hours maximum with a total of $75 to replace my iPhone 13 Pro Max class this company I am reviewing Mac repair wants $130 +4 to 5 hours. my insurance company replaces my whole phone for less than Mac repair wants to swap the back glass just something to think about.
Very friendly. Tried his best to help me get my earpods to charge. Turns out it's defective. But he tried and didn't charge me anything.
Our Mac decided to give up on us recently, blank screen with flashing question mark. After calling a few different places I ran into Enrique’s company and boy are we glad we did! Right from the get-go he was amazing to deal with and said he will try to fix it and recover the files at least before going any further. Unfortunately, we got the bad news the next day that he is unable to recover the files but is able to salvage the computer and put a new hard drive in there. He was EXTREMELY fair with his pricing and didn’t even charge us for the initial diagnosis becuase we approved the repairs. His turnaround time was fast and we were back up and running in no time Thank you again Enrique
I just spoke to Enrique on the phone about the devastation of losing all my photos and videos because I accidentally deleted them off the iCloud and even though he couldn’t help me with that type of data recovery himself, he directed me to someone he knows and trusts who might AND he stayed on the phone with me for 15mins walking me through my Mac and making sure we checked all folders first before sending me to someone else. In this industry, to find someone who you can trust and who is that accommodating and patient is rare, so thank you Enrique, I will be going to you in the future for any Mac issues I may run into.
I cannot thank Enrique enough for the incredible work he did with my iPhone repair! I have an iPhone 12 mini that mysteriously stopped responding to touch with no previous issues, and as a result I was not able connect and backup my phone to my computer. Apple said they could only attempt to repair after deleting all of the phone’s data. Enrique was a magician, and was able to replace the screen without damaging, corrupting, or losing any data, and the phone now responds to touch like it did prior to the new issues I was having. He was also able to return the phone the same day to me that I dropped it off, and was extremely friendly and understanding of my concerns with my phone issues! I will be coming back here for all my Apple products needs in the future- Enrique saved me when I had lost hope and was extremely stressed out that I was going to lose all of my data. Thank you for everything- truly saved me from a data disaster!
