Dropped by on Saturday to see Nora and Aislinn to have some jewellery cleaned to wear for a special dinner last night. Such wonderful service! The store looked beautiful. Lots of gorgeous new and exciting jewellery to gaze at while I waited for the ultra sonic and the staff to work some magic😃. Thank you Magpie! I am adding a post scrip for Nora! I have a watch that I wear every day, that was made in 1945. I love it more then any other jewellery I wear. It has a safety chain that has broken several times. Nora suggested replacing the jump ring with Sterling silver. She was so right! The chain has not broken again. Nora you are top drawer. Thank you so much.
I highly don't recommend this place. They did a terrible job on two of my rings that needed to be sized and fixed. When I originally went they they gave me a set price then when I went to pick up they ended up charging me almost 200$ more than what the said! She ended up saying well I can charge you this which makes me think they just say wtv price they choose! I had both the rings for less then three months they both broke!! The work wasn't done correctly! One of those rings was over 20 years old never broke! The second ring way almost 6 years old never broke ! Why did they both snap in the middle!! And when I went back to fix them it said on the receipts up to six months you can bring back and they will fix it! Well that wasn't true... I had to pay for it and once again they gave me a price then called me back to tell me actually it's going g to be more money! Not sure if it's prejudice thing as it sure felt like it! I would definitely not recommend this place!! Update: I came back lesss then three months later! Both rings where snapped in the middle.. whoever did the job didn't do it properly it was left thin that's why it snapped in the middle I never had an issue before! Now I spent money to repair for it to break ! Money loss I can't even wear the rings! I came back and whoever was rude and not helpful it was pay to get it fixed it to bad ! Very Poor service!
I contacted Rebekha by phone after seeing a ring I liked online. The correspondence was so easy and quick. They offered to bring in several stones for me and sent pictures and videos of everything. The deaign process was easy and the quality exceptional. Honesty, the experience felt like I was in the store, which was not possible. The price was extremely competitive as well. Highly recommended.
