Tina really knows how to give the best all body massage, I've been to a lot but she's the best I've ever had. She deserves 10 star's
Have been a member since 2021 but since moving to WI and switching to this location it's been extremely hard to book any massage and they do not use the app. My work schedule varies so I can not book a month in advance like you have to in order to get a time slot you want. I prefer the app so I can schedule versus having to call in and struggle with asking about times for every day of the month. I used the app at my original location in TN and it made booking 100x faster and easier. I have brought this up to staff multiple times and there has been no change. However, I have had decent luck with the massage therapist and esthetician but can never get the one I like becuse of said scheduleing flaws. Lately, my experiences have not been as good so I now know who NOT to book with. Will most likely be canceling my membership.
Impossible to book online…… waitlist is a joke Then they’ll charge you for massages you didn’t know you had because their online “waitlist” is run by corporate? Manager and front desk person dismissed me, my proof showing I never had confirmation email, text or call about an appointment. East side Madison massage envy, you’re welcome for the 150 or so dollars you stole.
Facials are great!!! Hannah is the best! She’s been doing my facials for the past few months and I’m so happy with the results. She is super sweet and is just great at her job! 10/10 recommend her. On the opposite note, the massage I got was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. It felt like a complete waste of money. I don’t like leaving bad reviews so maybe it was a miscommunication on my part, or maybe the masseuse had an off day as she seemed to not be feeling well because she was out of breath and had to take a break during the 60 min massage. But overall the facials seem to be worth the money but I would be hesitant to recommend the massage.
I have always had great experiences at this Massage Envy. Sara at the front desk has always been kind and helpful, going above and beyond to help you. Kim is an amazing therapist who is not only very good, but treats you like family. Keith is also very good, and so is Aarial. If you are interested, I would recommend going to this establishment.
