Meaghan is a wonderful trainer who knows how to guide you using evidence-based methods, empathy, and flexibility. I was in a bit of a fitness/nutrition slump after having a baby, and all the old tricks I used to do in my 20s were no longer working for me, so I wanted some help. I did one in-person training session with Meaghan and loved her vibe immediately. I then signed up for her 6 month online plan. It was so convenient to not have to think about healthy recipes and workout splits while taking care of a newborn. It allowed me to get the best results without having to dedicate too much of my time and attention on a health plan. Meaghan is a delight to speak to, very encouraging, never judgemental, but always there to keep you on track. And she's always open to changing your plan at any point to fit your evolving goals, reality, and tastes. I reached my weight and strength goals ahead of schedule with Meaghan and am probably the fittest I've ever been! Most importantly, the habits she's taught me are sustainable, and I'll be able to carry them forward and teach them to my family.

Meghan is a top trainer, and I really mean it... Her training sessions helped me (a senior) to achieve my goal, back in March, climbing Kilimanjaro. Compare to previous trekkings in Nepal, I noticed a better strength in general, and that's what it takes combined to endurance to push for the summit. Meaghan is the best personal trainer you can get! She adjusts the training based on my needs. I am active in sports and needed a trainer to work on my strength, I could see a progress within couple.of weeks! She even makes my workout plan outside of personal training! She is very knowledgeable and follows up on my nutrition, always with great advice. I also love the gym location, it is very convenient.
