Medallion Jewelers is the best! I had a few vintage gold bracelets that needed complicated repairs. They repaired/rebuilt the delicate clasps with exquisite attention to detail. A friend recommended Medallion while I was searching for a jeweler to make a custom engagement ring & wedding bands using stones from another ring. Alex was very easy to work with and the results were fantastic. I thought the pricing was reasonable as well. I will certainly be returning, and I have already recommended this place to others.
The only reason I’ll go downtown is for Alex to service my rings annually. And this time I waited too long, damaged an antique ring, and he reconstructed the entire thing. Now it looks exactly the same as the antique but is less fragile. I’ve been to other jewelers and they’re just not as good.
We’ve had nothing but great experiences at Medallion. Alex is super knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the buying process and any care needed afterwards. My husband got my engagement ring here, and we later purchased our wedding bands. I recently needed a repair, which was done quickly, and my ring looks brand new! This will be our go-to forever, and I can’t recommend Medallion enough
