The customer service here is amazing. Whenever you go to the Store, ask for Antonio (Tony), he is amazing. He treats you like a friend and has your best interest. Super recommend.
Tony was our sales associate, and he greeted us right away. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful in finding the perfect dining room set. His expertise made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back to purchase the rest of the bedroom furniture we need.
when the wife and I bought a dining room set for my mother in law. we were told we would be delivered around 10am on Friday. great, we don't live at the delivery address so we'll have enough time to be there. we got a phone call at 7:15 am on that Friday that they'd be there in 20 minutes. I drove from Converse at the fastest legally allowed in our roads (-ish) and it is now 8:21 am and no driver. in fact, they won't answer or return our calls. the wife called their customer service line. was told they were here when they said they'd be. funny, my brother-in-law, mother-in-law, her caretaker and her caretakers daughter were all home when they supposedly arrived. the CSR is combative and told my wife they were here, nobody answered. they left. MAYBE they can deliver it later this afternoon. they are supposedly wrapping up at their other stop and will be here after they're done there... it's now 9:07 am. $1400 dining set takes a whole day to deliver?!? they showed up! light knock on the door and I opened it in time to see him walking back to his truck. i think he was trying to get that restock fee. they left my front door wide open as they assembled my table. the wife discovered this, I was too busy watching heckle and jeckle assemble my new table. got to the store slightly before 10am. their lobby was open. only a cashier and a salesman and maybe a warehouse guy (he'd cut his hand the day we bought our table) were there. we were told a manager would be here at 11. "Daniel" doesn't know when he'll be in, so they're talking down my wife's number. update: 1:00pm. still no call from Daniel. wife called the store. the lady on the phone said he talked to the warehouse manager and HR (for reasons) and we SHOULD be getting a refund on our delivery fee since our experience wasn't stellar. updated update: wife finally spoke with Daniel. turns out their delivery teams are a third party vendor. I guess if you want a smooth experience, forgo the delivery and pick up the furniture yourself.

We had a great experience. Jeremy introduced himself and let us shop around, instead of other salespeople that follow you throughout the store. He answered all our questions and got us the best price possible. I was impressed with the way he explained the warranty and care that is offered by the company. He sure sold us. We purchased a living room set and a dining room set. We will be recommending him.
