Rob and his team are the goats of mechanics. Incredible at what they do and communicate to you throughout. My Subaru Fiori is a rather niche car and after Rob and his team worked on it, it has never driven better and at such a good price they charged, I felt criminal driving away from there after all the hard work they put into it. Cannot wipe the smile off my face driving it and cannot thank you enough 👏🏼
Melbourne Service Centre have been servicing my Volkswagen Tiguan for many years now. Prior to that, I had my car serviced by a Volkswagen dealer, but I have never regretted making the switch. My Tiguan, although getting a bit older, still runs as well as it did when new. MSC are well priced, and I don’t need to pay for a flashy reception or waiting room. Whenever there has been an issue, they have taken the time to properly diagnose and fix the problem rather than simply replacing an entire assembly. Their personalised, attentive and genuinely caring approach makes a real difference. I thoroughly recommend them.
There ARE good people in this world. Rob and his experienced colleagues at the Melbourne Service Centre (MSC) have proven this to me over more than the 15 years I have been taking my cars there. What Rob says has always been true. What Rob estimates has always been correct. What Rob does to help you out is always better than expected. I’d be happy to discuss the many positive examples when my worries have been resolved by Rob’s attention and professionalism. I recommend you to take your vehicle to the ‘MSC’.
I cannot recommend this business more highly. Rob, always goes the extra mile. I have my car serviced regularly. When my car was vandalised, Rob found a replacement side mirror at low cost within a day. Prices are reasonable, staff friendly and service impeccable.
I have been coming year for over 5 years now. Their service is excellent, pricing reasonable, and they source the best parts for my Subaru. The staff is also very friendly, professional, and genuine. If you're after a trustworthy and effective mechanics, this is it!
