So grateful Melt has opened a yoga studio in the Elkhorn area. It is exactly what was needed. It is been a long time since I have been in a yoga studio where it felt like a communion of spirit and body with myself and with the collective class. I attended the noon Friday class with Andi. The studio is authentically warm and welcoming. It is clean, smells amazing and the hot yoga room itself was pristine. Instruction was top notch and the playlist was the yoga spiritual playlist that is often difficult to find….relaxing and emotionally moving. Deep bow of gratitude to the owner for investing in the Waterloo/Elkhorn/Valley area. I will def be back. 5 stars all the way! Another season of hot yoga starting as the weather cools. Favorite take away thought from today with Jess…‘I am my best when we are us.’ This studio sings to that anthem. Namaste.
Absolutely love this place! Took my first class with Megan Meays and she was great! She knows what she’s doing and knows how to put together a challenging class but also has great accommodations for those still learning! Will definitely be back for more classes. (Also- the location is great! You feel like you’re away in your own oasis)
Starting coming to classes here a few weeks ago and really enjoy it. I did not know if I would like the hot class or not, and it is way better than I imagined. Very nice facility and excellent teachers. The online scheduling is convenient and easy
I’m eight weeks into this practice and the positive change I’ve seen within myself and my fellow Melt Community, hits all levels of physical, mental and emotional well-being. These classes are fire! The Melt instructors have done an amazing job at creating a safe space for everyone to practice Yoga at their personal level. We’re all on our own journey, and at Melt, there are no judgements. Instead, you’re taught to understand the feelings your body and mind can hold as one, to acknowledge those thoughts, let them go, and shift your focus to your breath and flow, all while strengthening your physical-self. Yes! I said strengthen! If you’re thinking of getting into Yoga for the first time, and reading this, yoga isn’t just stretching. I’ll admit, I was there eight weeks ago, and the transformations I’ve seen are real. So come to Melt! There are a variety of classes and levels available that allow you to focus on your body, mind, and soul at a pace that suits you.

Each instructor has their own unique style, and they are all so knowledgeable. My practice and abilities are certainly growing and expanding. Love the experience and welcoming atmosphere!
