The end result is amazing!! My house is immaculate!! Like brand new!! I would definitely use Merry Maids again. The young ladies that cleaned my house were hard working, efficient, and professional. They cleaned baseboards, doors, exterior of cabinets, dusted incl ceiling fans, cleaned the oven and inside the fridge, vaccuumed, cleaned all tile, bathrooms, etc etc. Two cleaners, about four hours, and less than $500. There were a few inconveniences so I gave them 4 stars. The cleaners did not speak English and I don’t speak Spanish so we had to communicate via them calling their supervisor. I was told they would arrive at 10am but they texted me at 10am that they were on their way and would arrive around 10:50am. When I made the appointment I was asked to provide a $50 deposit that would be applied to the total cost then my credit card was “pre-billed” on Christmas Day for $328. They cleaned my house on Saturday Dec 27th. Overall it was a good experience, they did a great job and I would hire them again
They did a good job, nice and clean . Unfortunately, I found some parts they might forgot to clean when I arrived home (I went to pickup my girl). a coffee table in the TV room and the dining table, dirty and messy as before. Overall, they were good but not excellent. Thanks for your business. Happy holidays.
I had the best experience with Merry Maids! The two ladies who cleaned my home were on time, fast, and extremely efficient. I was absolutely in love with the results. I couldn’t stop smiling after they finished. Everything looked amazing, smelled incredible, and most importantly… my home FELT good. I usually clean my apartment myself, but I hadn’t had much time lately, and they truly outdid themselves. They went above and beyond in every way. They didn’t just clean, they restored my space and brought my paradise back to life. I will definitely be booking again. My home thanks them, and I thank Merry Maids for making my space beautiful all over again. Excellent job!
UPDATE: I am updating my review because I was contacted by the owner shortly after making this review. We had a long conversation, because he actually wanted to get to the bottom of it all. What I did not expect was full accountability! We came to a resolution and I am happy with the outcome. More importantly, the lasting impression is I feel valued as a customer. 0/10 do NOT recommend!! Wasted $450 of my hard earned money!!! My experience was terrible! I had used them before in the past with a good experience but this time was bad. The cleaning was not good or what I paid for. The home was even vacant with not much in it and I paid for a deep clean. The kitchen was not cleaned well, countertops were dirty. The fridge wasn’t cleaned well. Window sills and baseboards were dirty in some areas. Some of the light fixtures were dirty and dusty. They sent the same team back to re clean and they were extremely late with no one calling to notify me just had me waiting! I had to leave the door code and leave so I was not present for the clean. It looked no different afterwards! When we moved in the floors were dirty and picking up dirt on the bottoms of our feet! The worst part is my light fixture in the kitchen was broken and they lied about it! I have photos of how it looked before they came and after!! I wasted nearly $450 to end up having to clean it myself while unpacking which is what i wanted to avoid! I have had many cleaners in the past but this was my worst experience! I requested a partial refund but they declined and only offered to come clean a THIRD time which was a waste of time!
Merry Maids had been fantastic helping me through my vast desire of needs. I have used them for deep cleaning to laundry service to regular rotation. I have my personal team that comes every week. She is thoughtful and works hard to do how I would clean. I appreciate Maria’s attention to detail as I am very particular. I think she is particular in her own work too. Even today she left me a little “boo” gift for Halloween. Very thoughtful and my kids LOVES it ♥️ we are so lucky to have Maria’s help.
