2000 Road King, almost 100,000 miles. As the bike has aged it's needed more work. Jim has consistently repaired and replaced all of it's needs, from transmission rebuild to tires and everything in between. Expert service and work done for the price quoted. Could not be more pleased. Thanks Jim.

I needed help with some electronics/electrical stuff for my Harley. Found Jim via Google and I am happy I availed their services. Both Jim and his better half are wonderful person. I didn't get a feel that they do it for a living, they are passionate about their work. He was candid about charges, told me upfront that problem may not be solved and I will be charged for his time. I was perfectly okay with it. He has a never-say-die attitude and as I wished, he solved the issue. I don't want to get technical but he did go an extra mile to find and fix the issue. I was so happy that when he asked Mrs. Jim (Sorry don't remember the name) to charge me for half an hr, I offered to be charged for an hr to show my gratitude but she humbly declined and said, " we will charge you based on our time but would love to see you come in again for anything related to Harley". They won a customer forever!! If I need anything w.r.t. Harley I will look no further. He also told me that I hooked up the engine guard wrong :-), I thanked and told I have to fix this properly and I am missing one Torx bolt for the guard, will get it from Harley and fix the mistake once I have it. He gave me the bolt for no charges. (Thanks again). It was a pleasant experience knowing you guys and availing the service. May Almighty bestow his goodness and kindness on you. Stay safe.
Just had my brakes and, rotors replaced by Metal Dragon. Jim is the best in the business. Very fair and, honest man.
