I had a great experience with Audiomobile in Hayward, California. They installed a dash cam in my 2022 4Runner and did an excellent job. The installation was very professional, with clean and well-hidden wiring that looks factory done. David and Bo took the time to do it right and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. The service was efficient, knowledgeable, and high quality. After racking my brain trying to find an honest, experienced, shop to have a backup camera replaced and possibly a dash cam installed, thank God I found Audiomobile. I read a lot of their positive reviews and what hit home with me was that they have been doing this a long time. Now there are a lot of places in the Hayward area that do this, and we’ve been to some, but clearly we’ve been hustled before and they always try to upsell. I called David and made an appointment and when I got there, Bao helped me. Bao is so pleasant and down to earth. He never talked down to me because I was a woman and never tried to hustle me into more than what I wanted. Denny explained the app and workings of the dashcam and was very patient with me. I told him I would have to explain it all over to my husband, since it was his birthday present. A surprise. It’s something that we put on the back burner since I couldn’t find a reputable place. We had to come back the next day to have Bao explain the back up camera to us again, and this time my husband went with me. He immediately liked him as well, and just felt good vibes from him and he was so pleased that I took his car to Audiomobile, too. We’ll be back for a dash cam for my car and my sister’s car as well. Amazing team of professionals that really know what they’re doing. They aren’t just “business friendly”, they feel like old friends and family each time I come for service. They’re also very knowledgeable about classic Cars and treat them as if their own. I’m very protective of my Lexus and extremely discerning of who works on it. I used these guys for a speaker install some time ago, and went back to have them check one of the front speakers that had failed. They fit me into the schedule on short notice, hooked me up with a new pair of speakers, and I was back in business. They carry solid components, the shop is spotless and the service is very professional and friendly. I'm very happy with my sounds and highly recommend this shop.

I recently ordered and had my Baja ditch lights installed at Audiomobile for my 6th Gen 4Runner, and the experience was outstanding. Their service was top-notch — great communication, fast responses, and very professional throughout the entire process. The staff was super friendly and really took the time to explain everything clearly, especially the details about the installation. They walked me through which wires went to which port and explained the different amps for the different wires, which I really appreciated. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and easy. Highly recommend Audiomobile for anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!
