$2100 for a sectional, broke less than a year later, the springs are disconnected from the latches under the bottom. When i gave them a review on their Facebook page they DELETED it and asked for my receipt to fix it, I don’t have it. But I have a photo in the store the day I purchased the couch, so you should have it also. Waste of money, stick with ASHLEYS

I returned to Madison Home Furnishings to purchase a sectional and also bought a recliner. My service was amazing as usual and I enjoy buying from a local, family owned business. I recently made the switch to a new mattress, and I couldn't have done it without Cody at Madison Home Furnishing. He was extremely knowledgeable about his products, was polite and patient with my pickiness (think Goldilocks and the Three Bears), and he had a great selection of mattresses that were both comfortable and affordable. Most importantly, his friendly service made the whole experience really positive. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new mattress. First and foremost, I want to highlight the delivery service provided by Madison Home Furnishings. The delivery was not only punctual but also flawless. The bed arrived in perfect condition and the delivery personnel were professional and courteous, ensuring that the bed was set up exactly where I wanted it. I will be returning to Madison Home Furnishings for any of my future home furnishing needs.
Was on the search for the right mattress for me and I came across this place. Mitch was a very helpful salesman and let me take my time in deciding what mattress I liked. As someone who worked in retail for over a decade, I must admit the customer service here was incredible! I also purchased 2 pillows from them which feel incredible, its the perfect match with the bed. Will definitely continue to do business with them! Thank you Mitch for everything!
Love this place. My wife and I went to every furniture place in Madison last month looking for a rocker-recliner and a sectional couch. We had 0 luck. We googled furniture places, and Madison Home Furnishings popped up and it looked shady at best. Even when we found the place (which may or may not be hard, remember to look for signs) We still weren't reassured. Then we walked in. Let me just say this place had VERY nice and helpful employees. A reasonable stock to choose from and things were in. Just blew me away compared to the chain stores we went to. Not having a pushy salesperson walk you around was nice. It was a simple process of pointing to what they had, saying it starts at this much here and goes up in price, and they we were left alone to do our thing. It was a great experience. Pro 1. Great customer experience. 2. Easy sales process and reasonable and quick delivery 3. Good selections 4. Quality furniture 5. Freindly and helpful staff from entering to loading your car 🚗 6. Reasonable prices Cons 1. Located in an area some would question entering, might be hard to find but totally worth it 👌
