Unfortunate circumstance brought me to Mikes. We were very pleased with our service. Our car looked better than ever, super timely with everything and my fav was how they kept us informed. I recommend that you give them a try over the big car dealers collision centers, they will work with most insurances.
Meghan, Erica and Tiffany were fantastic and helpful and friendly. Went the extra mile to get the insurance company to extend my rental despite their unwillingness to do their part. The work looks amazing and even washed it. Felt like I just bought a brand new car when I walked up to it. Thank you so much guys.
Chose this shop through my insurance company. They called today July 20 and told me they can’t even do an estimate for over a month until August 22nd at the earliest for a small job. That’s over a month just for an estimate, which will probably take no more than 30 minutes. Then who knows how long it’ll take if they have to order and receive parts so they can start the repairs. I’ll choose another shop to take my business to.
Great place I’ve had them work on two of my vehicles. One repair was a couple years ago it was ~$500 dollars of body damage. Couldn’t even tell it had ever been hit in a parking lot. Most recently I had ~$10k dollars worth of repairs done after I was rear ended at ~35 mph. Excellent work it took a little longer than expected due to back ordered parts because of COVID but all delays were clearly communicated to me. Friendly office staff. One of the individuals who was performing the repairs even took his time out to go over the work to be done and addressed my concerns before the repairs even took place. I definitely recommend this place.
Mike and his staff were so pleaseant and professional. My car was clean detailed to perfection..thank you and we love our Lexus SUV thanks for making it a pleasant transition especially after losing my Benz in a auto accident . Respectfully yours Brenda&Alonza.
