Absolutely top notch service and product completion. We used our insurance for a body damage claim involving dent and paint repair. They worked seamlessly with our insurance and were upfront about repairs and total cost quote. We had our 2021 VW Atlas repaired here and it was an easy and enjoyable experience, despite the accident hardship. They stand by their work and the reputation shows. If you need any repair work done, especially with a Volkswagen, then this is the place to go.
Southern KIA & Southern Collision Center has always treated me and my family well over the years we have been purchasing and having repairs done with them. Yesterday (1/28/26), however, they went above and beyond for me, through my entire service: Firstly, they called me quickly after I requested to make an appointment for regular service on my car and were able to fit me in within 24 hours, that was awesome. While making the appointment I asked if they could take a look at my front bumper which had recently been minorly damaged, and without question or hesitation they told me that they would take a look and make any repairs or adjustments as necessary. I thought they'd tell me I was out of luck. During the oil change, they noted w/ video that the damage was too severe to be done in the bay, but I could go to the Collision Center and see what they could do. So, I called the Collision Center and they too were also able to quickly fit me in the same day to look at my bumper and attempt a fix. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to fit me in the same day. When I got there, I was able to immediately pull my car in the bay and waited less than 5 minutes for an advisor to see me. The advisor, Jamie, was awesome. As a young adult, I am pretty familiar with people not taking my concerns seriously or giving me the run-around because of my age. Jamie wasn't that. He told me what all was wrong with the bumper, recommended me multiple solution options, and with no convincing or begging, he actually repaired the bumper right there. No cost. No hassle. He was very friendly, took my issue seriously, and was very knowledgeable overall. I will continue to be a customer of Southern KIA, I have no reason to ever look elsewhere. Thank you Jamie for helping me out with my car, I really appreciate you. I couldn't have done it myself.

Took in my 2025 Kia Sorento after some front end damage. Jamie was so incredibly communicative and professional throughout the entire process. He would regularly text me updates, answer my questions, and was always patient and quick to reply. The ability to text and get updates made a huge difference - especially when I'm busy at work during the day. In the end, the car turned out beautifully and looked as if nothing ever happened. No one wants to visit a collision center, but the entire process was smooth and painless thanks to Jamie. He even ironed out issues with my insurance company, who would not return my call but would return his. With the service I received, I would return and recommend a friend to Southern Greenbrier Collision Center. P.S. The office and service bay was so clean and organized - I love to see it!
I can’r say enough good things about Jamie McClain and the team at Southern Collision Center inGreenbrier. After having a terrible experience with RK Chevy I was hesitant to trust anyone with my car again but Jamie completely turned that around. From the moment I got there he treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism . I felt confident leaving my car with them and it was well taken care of. He was honest and took the time to explain everything and kept me updated throughout the process. The whole experience was stress-free. They did great work and fast. Jamie went above and beyond to do a good job and restored my confidence in customer service. I will definitely be back if need be. I highly recommend asking for Jamie, he’ll take care of you.
