So I must say that going to Milan laser hair removal was probably the single most important decision I made on the year of our lord 2025. I was met at the door by the ever-cheerful and upbeat one Ms. Abigail; who walked me through the process every step of the way and even offered in-house financial options suited for everyone's unique balance sheet. She answered all of my questions especially ones regarding melanin in the skin as I am a black man and I had questions about what the lasers would do to someone with my complexion. And well you see the picture I provided. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. I would end this testimony by personally attesting to the fantastic precision skills of Caitlin, my personal laser hair removal expert. She has been the one responsible for zapping away the integumentary (skin) iniquities..and caringly and carefully molding me into the man I am today...Old Spice commercial ready smooth skinned well - groomed super star I knew I could be. In closing, the entire staff located in hulen is the place to go and I highly recommended and as I stated before the picture speaks for itself. This was an amazing experience. I love my results so far! Every time I go in for a treatment the nurses are so friendly and helpful throughout the process! This is definitely a decision I’ll never regret! I’ll recommend Milan to anyone who will listen!
Sade was so amazing! Every time I walk into Milan it’s a great experience. All the ladies are extremely welcoming and make me comfortable to be there. Sade today was so funny and we were able to chat while I got treatment. It’s never weird or awkward with these ladies, they make it an easy and comfortable experience. 10/10 would recommend this place. :)
I had a great experience at Milan today. They had a traveling nurse in, and she was very attentive, kind, and easy to talk to. She was also quick and efficient with the treatment while still being thorough, which I really appreciated. The staff was also flexible with scheduling. Since I’m a teacher, they helped me set up my next two appointments instead of just one, which was a big help. Overall, the service was professional, efficient, and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend Milan Laser to others.
Laser hair removal here is on a whole different level compared to what I experienced in Milan! Be sure to ask for Danni — she’s incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire process completely painless. I was honestly surprised at how comfortable I felt. Her care and technique even made me consider getting laser treatment on areas I used to be nervous about. Highly recommend!
