Steve and his partner were execellent and very professional in the service of installing our foyer light fixture. Really no small task.. their experience showed. We are so please.. will definitely call on them again for our future electrical needs.
Steve came very quickly when we needed an electrical repair. He was professional, courteous, and promptly repaired our issue.
I just moved into a rental house a couple weeks ago. I've been ironing out some of the issues that are just going to naturally be there as appliances burn out from wear and tear and whatnot. I had an outlet with a short giving me some pretty bad problems. Your Electrician arrived, contracted through the maintenance contractor that my landlord uses. Yeah, modern business is a confusing nightmare, ain't it? Anyway, the guys came out. I'm awful with names and I feel really bad for not remembering them. But they were both very friendly and courteous and took the time to explain what was going on. These guys were great and super knowledgeable. Actually offered to fix a couple of other outlets I was a little concerned about while they were there. Would gladly recommend them.
I’m a renter and this company came out, per my landlords request. The Electrician, Wes is phenomenal. He explained what was going on, answered all my questions and also recommended outdoor outlet covers for the home. Luckily, my issue was relatively simple to fix. However, he was patient in answering my concerns, explained how wiring is done and walked me through all he was doing. In addition, he worked to get immediate approval from the vendor to fix my issues so I didn’t have to wait longer for a resolution. He installed the GFI outlets, put the correct outdoor covers on and caulked the area to ensure it was weather proof. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.i will be using them when I purchase a home for any electrical needs.
I put a request for quote on Angi and it returned several different potential service providers. Arron came by and gave me the initial quote to install 18 lights in the kitchen, hallway, and dining/office. After several wildly varying quotes came in, I decided to go with "Your Electrician". Their price was right in the middle at the end getting all of the other quotes and negotiating with the other offerors. The way I saw it, it was a fair price up front and I didn't have to haggle to get it. They seemed very friendly, explained the work they would have to do to get everything done, explained that they needed a couple of days to work me into the schedule (it's been my experience that it's always good sign to have to wait for service). The day before the service I call texted Steven about making a last minute change order, added one more light and asked for a new plug to be mounted in the ceiling above the island. They said they would have to look at the job again, but that it shouldn't be that big of a deal to make the change at the price point increase I was asking for. They got to the house right on time at 0815 after I dropped my son off at school. They looked at the changes I texted and got right to work. The job was finished about 15 after they had planned. To their credit, there was a snake skin in the attic that they spent 20 minutes trying to figure out if there was a snake and how to deal with it. They used laser leveling to correctly align the spots that I had selected to put the lights in. They worked incredibly fast in each room, put in nearly 100 feet of new wiring, replaced outdated junction boxes, reinforced my ceiling fan mounting box and adjusted the bracket so the fan sits much more flush to ceiling then it did before (no-charge for that; they just didn't like how it looked compared to their light installation), installed the 19 lights, adjusted the light colors on all lights to the spectrum I liked, and cleaned up their mess (along with the snake skin). Other than a little bit of follow up dusting I had very little to do when they left except enjoy my new lights and start shopping for someone to get rid of my popcorn ceilings. I cannot express how well they did in words. I am going to hire them directly for the follow up work in all of the bedrooms and in the living room when I find the right lights for those rooms. If you need a great work done, at an affordable price that you don't have to go back and forth on, I'd strongly recommend that use "Your Electrician". They are an excellent service provider.
