Extremely poor service and communication. They lie! Do not use this shop they are dodgy liers! I was served by Pradeep.He lied to me! I can provide screenshots of the SMS confirming the appointment time and Padeeps name confirming the time? I had a 10:30 appointment to fix a screen on a phone and I was quoted 45 minutes. I dropped the phone off a few minutes later it was about 10:35, I was told about 45 minutes but if I could wait a little bit longer it would be appreciated. I waited till 12:15 before returning that is a full extra hour,! The staff had not even commenced the repair yet. The phone was still sitting on the front desk. Even though I had an appointment they put other people (walk-ups) in front of me. All that time I spent waiting for no reason, now I still have to find someone else to do the repair because this shop cannot be trusted.
Best service .They deal so good and explained me each and every step how to transfer the contacts in new iPhone.Fantastic service and very hospitable.i really appreciate.i give them 5/5.Highly recommended for any mobile related services.
I've been here to sort out a few screen protectors and other things and Saki has been awesome. Had a weird issue with pixel protector and car charger. It was replaced on the spot and I was assured if there were any issues to come straight back for an alternative or refund. I'd been to a few mobile places before this and this is by far the most friendly and helpful.
