Moda yoga is amazing. The physical space is so comfortable and warm and the staff are really welcoming. I have tried many of the classes and I love the variety and vibes of each of the instructors I've had. I had never done yoga before and after a month I'm feeling more energetic and my body feels great!

Pretty negative experience at this studio. It was my first time here, I arrived early but wasn't given an orientation or any instructions other than where the lockers are and to head to the room. I'm just starting to settle in and meditate when a blonde woman taps me on the shoulder and tells me my mat is in the wrong place and I need to put my wallet and keys away in my locker. She doesn't even introduce herself and seems pretty annoyed at me, all while she's holding her own phone and keys. I only realize later that she's the instructor. I apologize and try to tell her its my first time at the studio, but she seems pretty annoyed and not understanding at all. She then spends the session calling me out and correcting my poses more than others. At the end of class, she pulls me away to say if I want to continue here I have to respect the rules of the studio. Which would've been fine, if anyone had told me about them!! Overall an extremely strange and unwelcoming experience, definitely won't be returning.

I absolutely love the atmosphere here — it’s warm, welcoming, and calming from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Each yoga or Pilates instructor has their own unique style, but all are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Every class leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly reconnected with my body and mind.

Modo Yoga is such a lovely, cheerful studio! Easily accessible by bus and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the variety of classes offered (some late night classes are offered with LIVE music !) Facilities are spacious, with lots of available lockers. Cancellation policy is realistic and so much more reasonable than other workout studios. Check out the intro offer - I love how it gives incentive for newcomers to try more classes!

I had an amazing experience at this hot yoga studio—I truly found my zen! Even before the class started, I already felt completely relaxed. The instructor was incredibly warm and welcoming, creating such a light and positive atmosphere that it felt like summer. I could almost imagine myself jumping into a river after class! I drank a liter bottle of water in an hour The guidance throughout the session was clear and easy to follow, making the practice both enjoyable and effective. And at the end, they even offered me a drink with electrolytes, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also loved their cozy tea area, perfect for unwinding after class. what made me smile was the quote on the wall: “What’s your favorite type of rain?”—so fitting for Vancouver! Such a great place with amazing vibes.
