The instructors are great and the facility is beautiful, however, the front desk staff are incredibly rude and passive aggressive. I used to go to this location often but because of a few interactions have decided to change my studio. Hope the folks at the front desk can get more training on how to support clients in a more inclusive, kind, and respectful manner.

I’ve visited many yoga studios, and this was the first time I’ve been to one where the instructor sat at the back and gave only verbal instructions. It made the class feel a bit lazy, the poses were extremely basic, and it was hard to hear the cues because of the loud music and large crowd. The instructions also weren’t very clear, so the class didn’t feel motivating. That said, the studio itself is huge and has great amenities…which is a plus. EDIT: In response to the business owner’s comment - I still do not agree with the format of the class or how the instructions are delivered. I don’t think the busyness of the class justifies why an instructor should sit at the back of the studio, seeming to just chill while giving verbal instructions for the entire session, especially since she is also taking up a spot at the back with her yoga mat laid out. It feels very uninspiring and it’s hard to focus because I’m spending so much mental energy trying to decipher her cues and looking around to see how everyone else is doing the poses (and unsurprisingly, everyone interprets the instructions differently, so the poses aren’t consistent). I guess her style simply doesn’t suit me, but I’m also not the only one who has raised this feedback before.

Amazing teachers, great amenities, and a beautiful downtown location, but sadly, the front reception staff girls ruin the experience. It’s ironic that a yoga studio, where the brand statement emphasizes “we’re ready to welcome you”, is the very place where the front desk feels angry, cold, and full of attitude. I was even asked for ID like I wasn’t believed to be myself. When I declined, the receptionist went to speak with someone else. Since when do you need ID to attend a yoga class? This isn’t just my experience; my friends have felt the same way, uncomfortable and unwelcome before even stepping into class. Like you are bothering them just coming in to check in. Almost like they hate their job. You can’t teach people to care, but you can train them to at least be respectful. Until the front desk energy shifts, this place will keep falling short of the potential the teachers and space clearly have.

Beautiful spacious studio and very clean. I love that they have a complimentary tea lounge and sauna. They also provide keys for their lockers. I took a flow class with Rose and she was a wonderful instructor. It was a good balanced flow. I do wish there were options for shorter classes like 45 min or 50 min! I’d definitely come more if they did.

The yoga studio is spacious, clean, and welcoming, with friendly staff and a relaxing sauna—definitely a great setup. However, the flow class felt too fast-paced and a bit overwhelming to keep up with. It seemed tailored for more advanced practitioners, as the instructor referred to poses by name without much demonstration or explanation. I wish there had been a clear warning about the class level beforehand, as it may not be ideal for beginners or those looking for a slower pace. That said, the community and amenities are fantastic, and I’d recommend it if you’re an experienced yogi.
