From the person who came out to give me a quote to the four person team that did the installation, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very hard. When they were done, my house was spotless. They protected my floors and walls and showed great care. The pricing was very reasonable. Fabulous! A friend referred Mountain West, who did not disappoint. Locally-owned, easy to communicate via phone and email. I had a new HVAC installed in an old bungalow that did not have AC prior. The crew was prompt, efficient, friendly, and AWESOME! They worked with existing ducts and installed a low-profile AC unit for the perfect outcome! The crew worked very well together and completed the job in less time than predicted. I had three estimates and Mountain West offered the best rate with terrific financing. I had a new furnace and AC installed. First rate business. Excellent staff and service personnel, on time. Fair prices. Derrick is a top-notch employee. If you need HVAC check them out and enjoy the rare experience of a business who wants you to be completely satisfied. How long can they keep it up? Do it before they grow too big and things change.
It has been almost a week since our installation and everything has been awesome! Our home was built in 1971 and has a two bedroom one bath garage conversion with no ductwork to one bedroom and minimal to the other. When we moved in we had a non working swamp cooler and a furnace from 1987 so an upgrade was definitely needed. From start to finish everything ran smoothly and was completed on time. My wife and I would like to thank the entire Mountain West team for a great job. We highly recommend giving Mountain West a call.
