I can’t say enough good things about this team. They took on a huge project for me, including repairing two walls with significant termite damage and completely replacing the tile in my shower. When drywall had to be replaced, they even went the extra mile and painted the interior wall so everything looked seamless and finished. Every technician (Billy, James, Joseph, Beau, etc) I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I was honestly nervous going into a project of this size, but their level of care, communication, and consideration immediately put me at ease. Special shout-out to Billy, the main technician — he truly is a master of all trades. His skill and attention to detail made all the difference. O had a lot of questions and the person I communicated with was specific, quick, and friendly. The two people who came to do the work were wonderful! They came on time, were able to use the materials we already had for the repair, and the work was perfect! We built our house and can say with certainty the doors they repaired have never worked this well. They even did a quick touch up on something that wasn’t connected to this project.

I'm an out of town invester and had some major damages done to my property in Raleigh due to unfortunate circumstances. We coordinated repairs over the phone and I couldn't be more happy with the results. They treated my property like it was their own. Very responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. Trying to coordinate work to be done living long distance is a big challenge and they made the whole experience a pleasant one. I'm looking forward to doing more work with them in the future.
