Dylan is a great Technician! Polite and knowledgable, you should promote him fast! Great job. Reasonably priced and less than 2 hours on site. Would use them again, no questions asked.
Scheduling was quick and easy. I received a call back after my online request within an hour and was on the schedule for the next day. The people I talked to on the phone were incredibly friendly. The pro they sent was SO nice, patient with my lack of plumbing knowledge. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and didn’t rush me at all. They’re a bit more expensive but I think that’s to be expected of a larger reputable corporation. Service was excellent.
Kevin was the highlight of the visit. Good at explaining what he was doing. Clean and cautious. Same day service was great. Kevin also made it possible to swallow the expensive taste of toilet repair. (They have to remove the toilet rather than just use a snake!) Overall, it was a smooth repair so I took 1 Star off for the price.
We recently encountered an erosion problem near our driveway caused by a severe clogged drainage line that was installed when the house was built 35 years sgo. The contractor or workers who built the house placed a corrugated drainage line across the driveway before the cement driveway was poured. Eventually, the line became clogged with sediment. The only solution was to dig a new trench line to add PVC pipe to a 2nd downspout. The Mr. Rooter (Kevin) guys did a careful and good job creating a solution to my erosion problem.
I have had a number of outstanding and professional repairs from this company. I can honesty say this as another company had done pitiful work and resulted in massive plumbing rework! The crews/personal from the company are extremely, honest and as I have already stated PROFESSIONAL! They did not take short cuts and anything that was found to be done incorrectly by the other plumber was pointed out and backed up by very good and solid information! The Richmond main office has a great staff, every one kind, willing to assist and deliver their work as promised! Also the work they do is well documented and is a very good reference if any other future issues come up. Now non of their work has had to be done over. The House Fire that I had required substantial Plumbing installed as Wildcat construction which I do not recommend working with his subcontractor did the exact opposite by performing massive short cuts, not installing plumbing correctly costing me much over $10,000 to fix and repair that does not include cost of dry wall we had to tear down to get to the pipes that were missing and also hanging loose. This company installed two Hot Water heaters in Serial instead of Parallel which desegregated our hot water supply and the longevity of the Hot Water heaters. Mr. Rooter completely re fixed the work that the other company did incorrectly even after they reset the Heaters in parallel! Great work Mr. Rooter and Staff of Richmond! Thank you for standing behind your work!
