Mr Rooter rerouted my kitchen drain from an external failing concrete 3inch line to a more direct to the stack route through the basement between the floor joists using 2inch pvc. it works perfectly. It looks clean and sturdy. Aric S., who did the work, was efficient, polite and friendly. I was pleased that he figured out a way to install it without causing an overhead obstruction and still be to code . lovely work. very happy to have a working kitchen drain.
I highly recommend Mr. Rooter! I had a plumbing emergency - my kitchen faucet blew off - on December 22nd, and I had guests arriving two days later for Christmas Eve dinner. Aric came mere hours after I called; quickly diagnosed the issue and said he could replace the faucet the very next day. He also agreed to replace two bathroom faucets that were leaking. With Aric's guidance, I purchased three new faucets and he came the next morning to install them. He discovered the final faucet did not match the box it came in and WAITED for me to go exchange it for the correct faucet while he cleaned up and checked my water pressure. Aric worked though the afternoon, and I was left with three sparkling new faucets just in time to cook a special Christmas Eve dinner for guests the next day. Incredible customer service - professional and timely!
We share a side sewer with our neighbor who was having some back-up issues. It turns out both lines had heavy tree root intrusion issues. We were able to schedule with Mr. Rooter quickly and easily to come out to scope our lines and give us recommendations and an estimate. Brandonn H arrived to our residences on time and he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as we had many questions. He provided us with a very detailed estimate, and even gave us a couple of options to select from. Once we decided to go with Mr. Rooter for this work, we were able to schedule the very next week which was great news. Brandonn kept us notified every step of the way via text and/or email and we were able to ask follow-up questions very easily. There were (2) different crews out for the 2-days of work, but all were very professional and able to inform us of the work being done and what to expect. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and the inspection was approved without issue. One of our fence post caps was damaged during the work, but we were informed right away both by the work crew and by Brandonn via text. Brandonn later came out to replace the cap, and we're very happy with the overall process, the work, and our decision to go with Mr. Rooter. Highly recommend.
