I was very happy with my salesman Rick in furniture he was amazing, I also purchased a bedroom set to be setup and delivered. However ,when I received the dresser that was already put together before it arrived the mirror was not centered!! Stevie Wonder, could’ve seen the mirror was off centered!! Now I have to wait until next Monday before they can come out and fix it!! Disappointed with the lack of care..!!
The staff was very helpful and gave an excellent recommendation on a competitive product! The product I ended up purchasing was cheaper than what I had initially decided to purchase, but the staff simply gave their recommendation based on quality for the price range I was considering. Online purchase was a success. Easy to find upright freezers that allowed me to easily find what I wanted and needed. The checkout was easy to complete. The pickup was fast and reliable and the change of pickup services on my end due to weather changes was easy to do. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend NFM for all your furniture/appliance needs.
Great delivery and great customer service with crew who delivered and brought in our new Hotpoint dryer. We as senior citizens do appreciate this. Very polite too!
We purchased a couch from the Ms. B's section of the store and it was discounted because it was a couch from a different store. On our FIRST delivery date we got a phone call stating the driver didn't show up and we would have to reschedule. Ok, fine, they refunded our delivery fee because our item wasn't delivered on the date it was supposed to be. Today (8/2) was our rescheduled date, an additional 5 days out from our original date. Lo and behold, we receive another phone call stating the driver didn't show up again and would have to reschedule. At this point, we just canceled our full order. I was always told to go to them because of the furniture pricing. No one ever said their delivery time is crap. I feel like we were put on the back burner because our couch was discounted. Never going there again. Apparently the couches are returns from customers and/or sent from other stores and that's why they're discounted so heavily. We were so excited for the couch too we cleared out the living room for it 😞 we even threw out our old couch the day of our original delivery and now we have no couch to sit on.
