I recently moved to Florida and I had a wonderful experience with Musuclar Moving Men. My contact person was Yesenia Arrieta and she was So.. gracious, kind, helpful and competent. I was given her cell number and I was able to reach her as needed. She answered her phone and there was no wait or put off. She was available and knowledgeable. In my opinion everyone can make a mistake, but it is when people work hard to correct the mistake, that is what is important. This company was with me from the beginning to the end. Anytime I got concerned I was able to contact Yesenia with any questions. The entire team worked together to resolve issues and they were there for us. That is Amazing!! I felt like I had the A team working for me. I have a little pomeranian and my driver Dell was muscular but gentle. I am particular and I requested him to take off his shoes in my new house because I got new carpet. That is not always easy when you are moving things and he was gracious about it with an awesome attitude. You can't get better than that!!
Horrible movers and interstate moving experience. The movers caused about $3000 worth of damages to irreplaceable mid-century modern furniture-Eames chair broken in half, Milo Baughman table leg broken off, 70s chrome suede sofa ripped, plaster sculpture shattered, and I could go on. (I don’t have all of the photos.) It’s a major regret that we trusted these guys. Also the insurance company they use to file a claim for damages is a complete scam—no company representation, fake website, stock photos. Zero stars for this moving company.

Josh, the driver, ensured his team handled my furniture and fragile items with great care—both during pickup and delivery. Michelle, the main office representative, checked in with me consistently, which gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. Their pricing was affordable, and their service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Muscular Moving Men for anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and caring moving company. I am so happy we hired this company for my son’s move from Arizona to Milwaukee. I received my estimate from Chris, who was very informative, answered all my questions, and was very friendly. I feel that the person who initially answers the phone can make or break your decision. Carlos was our coordinator and he was very informative friendly and kept us in the loop for the whole move. The team of movers Bernardo, Joey, and Angelo were very efficient and packed the truck carefully.Rudy, and Darnell delivered his belongings in Milwaukee.They were also amazing and very efficient. My son and husband were very impressed. They all work hard. I would highly recommend Muscular Moving Men. A big thank you to all of you.
The team ( Bernardo & Crew) was professional, and very thorough in handling our furnishings. They handled everything with great care. Follow up and communication with Bernardo was excellent!
