I would like to share feedback regarding our recent purchase. Before buying 1 kg of mixed sweets, I clearly requested one piece of each variety and confirmed this multiple times. Based on your assurance, we trusted you and proceeded with the purchase. However, after opening the packet, we noticed that only limited varieties were included, with many items having the same taste. This was disappointing, especially since we chose your shop hoping for a better experience than others. Trust is very important to customers, and we believe transparency helps build long-term relationships. I kindly request that this be addressed and that future orders reflect what is promised to customers. I hope you will take this feedback positively and help improve the experience.
Nearly everything you try from this place it's just good. My favourite is their karak chai and rusmalai top notch 👌. Lovely staff members and overall cleanliness is really good. Samosa chat was a bit of a disappointment in fact samosas are disappointing in general. Hopefully they will improve them. Definitely recommend specialy if you are looking for authentic Pakistani sweets.
1st time visiting this shop. Wanted to get south Asian sweets for my boyfriend's parents. Lady at the counter is so kind and helpful and helped me with the sweet selection as I am not very familiar with them. Sweets come in box and looks really presentable. Very satisfied with my purchase.
Was craving for some tasty sweets, got a small box. People have either not tasted sweets or have forgotten the taste of what they are supposed to taste like. Very disappointed. The balooshahi is full of syrup the ladoo taste bland, habshi halwa I can not even describe it and gajar halwa no taste of gajar in it.good job I only got one gulab jamun. Totally waste of time and money. The only thing looked good are the cakes and the shops presentation.will not be coming here again.
Lovely experience with delicious today. Chicken Samosa and Kebab twist made my day. Suraj served me and he was very nice and helpful. I want to thank him for his hospitality. I’ll come back again for this mouthwatering food. 💯 recommended
