Hello, I wanted to reach out regarding my service on 11/18 around 7:08pm. I want to start by saying everyone at the salon is very kind and hospitable, which is why I feel bad having to write this. However, this was the first time I have ever left a nail appointment so upset that I cried when I got home. I paid $125, and I do not feel the service reflected that at all. PEDICURE: • I paid for the $60 pedicure, but the full service wasn’t done. The grapefruit slices weren’t used, and all of the petals/salt weren’t used either. • The heel of my foot is still rough. The foot file that was used was the old cheese grater style and didn’t smooth anything. • I did mention the missing grapefruit slices and was given $5 off, which I appreciated, but overall the pedicure did not feel like a $60 pedicure. MANICURE / FULL SET: • My cuticles were cut even though that is not allowed in PA, and as a result my fingers were bleeding. • The drill and filing cut into my skin multiple times, and my fingers continued bleeding even as I was checking out. • The tech used his own nail to push my skin back, which is unsanitary. • I did not see any tools being disinfected in barbicide, which is concerning especially since my skin was cut. • My nails were over filed on the sides despite me asking him not to. I asked for sharp, square shaped nails, but they were filed into short, bulky. My thumbs, especially, look like like nubs and are uneven. CLEANLINESS: • There was a roach crawling during my pedicure. • Another roach crawled across the ATM while I was paying. While the staff did kill it and apologized, this is not acceptable in a salon environment. I’m not trying to be rude or disrespectful just honest. I paid $125 for a service that left me with bleeding fingers, misshaped nails, and a pedicure that didn’t include what I paid for. I am extremely unsatisfied and would like to discuss a refund or another resolution. Thank you for taking the time to read this
