Absolutely awful experience. I paid $130 for VIP New Year’s tickets for my partner and I specifically to skip the line, and that benefit did not exist at all. There was no line skipping whatsoever. VIP meant nothing. The venue was extremely oversold and packed to the point where it was impossible to enjoy. It was uncomfortably hot, hard to breathe, and chaotic. There was over an hour wait just to get downstairs, which completely defeated the purpose of buying VIP. At one point, my partner and I stepped right outside for less than 2 minutes to get some fresh air because it was so hot inside. When we tried to come back in, We were told no re-entry. This was something that was never mentioned or communicated beforehand, even though we were standing right outside the door. We were at the venue for about an hour and a half total and ended up wasting my money. This felt disorganized, misleading, and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend this place, especially for events like New Years.
Came here for a work party and it was great. Bowling was fun the food was amazing only thing I would have changed was the music selection or lack their of. But over all would go again highly recommend it's a great night out.
Awesome place to go with friends! we enjoyed bowling, delicious drinks, a few food items and great service! Definitely recommend especially if going on a slower night like we did!
The whole service here is a 10/10 There was no wait, despite the volume of people at the place. The attendant was very polite and efficient, asked our shoe sizes, and gave us. Directed us to the aisle where we would be playing. The arena was super neat, the game was fun, we were given water and asked if we needed any more stuff. The atmosphere was super chill, great music, and great service. I highly recommend.
The bowling was a great place. Our group enjoyed the time, but we're the only people there. It was empty and a little depressing. The food was OK but not great. I just don't like that place and the atmosphere is cold and unfriendly.
